Cancellations & Refunds
As curtesy for other clients and our therapists, a 24hours notice period will be required to cancel or rearrange your appointment. You will incur no charge outside 24hours notice.
If you wish to cancel your treatment or rearrange within 24hours of your appointment, you will incur a 50% service total charge. Failure to arrive for your appointment without informing a member of staff will incur a full service charge of the treatment that was booked. This will automatically be charged if you booked online or alternatively added to your next treatment payment.
We have a strict no refunds policy.
If you are unhappy with your service please address this with a member of staff before paying for your appointment. Once you have paid and left the salon we will not be able to offer a refund but will offer to correct the situation where necessary.
The salon is keeping to a prompt appointment schedule. Failure to arrive on time, your treatment will still finish at the appointed time to avoid any inconvenience for other clients.
If your arrive later than 15minutes for your appointment, we may be unable to carry out any services and the appointment will be rebooked.
Once your gift voucher has been purchased you have 12months to use this within Rosebuds on products or treatment services.
Due to the pandemic, all vouchers purchased in November 2019 will have a validation extension, please contact us for further information.
Your voucher value can not be refunded or given cash value change.
We require a patch test to be carried out minimum of 24hours prior for particular services.
Failure to have a patch test carried out but wanting the treatment, we have a disclaimer for you to read and sign on the day of your appointment. We will not be liable for any reactions caused.
Once a patch test is carried out, this specific test will be held on record for 1year then will need to be retested.
A deposit may be required upon booking for any treatments over 2hour+ period. Deposit amount will vary due to the treatment value booked.
Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day of payment.
Failure to show for your appointment or inform us of any change within 24hours prior to your appointment within reason, your deposit will be lost.
Pets & Smoking
No pets or smoking are allowed in the salon. If you wish to smoke prior to your appointment, this will be off premises.
Children & Quests
Due to the size of the salon, additional guests that are not having a treatment will not be able to accommodate you to your appointment. If children are brought to your appointment, you have to accompany them at all times. If there are more than one child please inform a member of staff prior to make sure we can accommodate.
Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, we advice that you attend your appointment alone making sure we can maintain social distance with other clients and staff.
For clients younger than 16years of age, we require a parent or guardian present with a signed disclaimer for the treatment to go ahead.
We have an in salon treatment policy of what treatments we will provide for those younger than 16years.
In respect for other guests, please keep mobile phones on silent.
Due to the size of the salon, sound travels very fast and may disturb the relaxation of another treatment experience.
All client data is kept confidential on a secure system that only your therapist can access. We comply with UK Data Protection & Consumer Legislation.
